“I Am Nude”
And clutching my thighs,
pulling my hair,
examinig my knuckles,
the underside of my knees.
The most complex creature.
And as I sit
in the middle of this busy street
listening to my Voice
the tones sounding strange
The bridges slush
through the rivers.
The trees stretch
with help of the wind.
They peer down at me,
concerned.
And I stretch my arms
to hold the buildings.
